Help Wanted - Women in OK Legislature

Interesting blog from the Oklahoma Policy Institute about the lack of women serving in Oklahoma's State Legislature.  What do you think are the reasons for this?  Is there anything Leadership Tulsa could do to nurture more woman talent for public service positions?
